The UAE's Fuel Price Committee has announced lower petrol and diesel prices for November 2026, continuing a downward trend from October. Super 98 petrol will drop to Dh4.16 per litre from Dh4.40, while Special 95 falls to Dh4.04 from Dh4.28. E-Plus 91 will cost Dh3.97, down from Dh4.21, and diesel eases slightly to Dh4.75 from Dh4.80.

The cut comes despite global crude oil prices climbing sharply through October, with Brent crude approaching $120 a barrel. The UAE's monthly pricing formula, which tracks international benchmarks rather than fixing rates outright, still produced a decline for motorists heading into November.

For everyday drivers, the savings are tangible. Filling a 60-litre tank with Special 95 will cost about Dh14.40 less than in October, and a driver using roughly 240 litres a month could save close to Dh57.60 on fuel. Diesel users filling a 60-litre tank will save around Dh3.

Prices remain higher than September levels, when Special 95 sold for about Dh3.69 a litre, underscoring how volatile the market has been this year. The UAE has adjusted fuel prices monthly since August 2015, replacing a long-standing subsidy system with a mechanism tied to global oil markets. The move was designed to improve transparency and reduce the burden of fuel subsidies on public finances. The November pricing, released at the end of October as is customary, will directly affect household budgets and transport costs across the country for the month ahead.
