A fresh wave of restaurant openings is sweeping across the UAE, with new dining concepts landing everywhere from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah.

In Dubai, Naranj Cafe has opened at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf, bringing Syrian-Levantine cuisine to a 170-seat venue with a live kitchen, a family dining area and an outdoor terrace with shisha. Signature dishes include kebbeh labanieh, lamb shank with bulgur and charcoal-grilled kebabs.

At One&Only The Palm, celebrated French chef Yannick Alleno has opened two new restaurants: L'Abysse Dubai, a Japanese omakase concept offering a 14-sequence experience led by sushi master Ken Ishihata, and Casea 101, a Mediterranean-Italian coastal restaurant with an overwater terrace serving seafood towers, crudos and wood-fired fish and pizzas.

Solena by Raspoutine has also opened in Dubai's DIFC, serving Mediterranean cuisine with French influences from Tuesday to Saturday starting at 5pm, with cocktails from Dh42 and a three-course menu starting at Dh300.

Among restaurants still to come, Saona, a Caribbean-Peruvian concept led by chef Richie Richards, formerly of Miss Lily's, is set to open in December at voco Dubai The Palm with a capacity of 244 seats. In Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Grove is preparing to welcome several international names, including Time Out Market, Momofuku by David Chang, Cafe Alain Ducasse and Monsieur Paul, though exact opening dates have not yet been announced.

The wave of new openings underscores how quickly the UAE's restaurant scene continues to attract international brands and celebrated chefs.
